Chocolate Chip
Brown butter cookie base with semi-sweet and milk chocolate. Crispy edges, chewy center, and topped with flakey salt
Maple Pecan
Brown butter cookie base with candied pecans and bourbon maple syrup. These cookies caramelize at the edges from the maple syrup.
Oatmeal Cream Pie
Molasses oatmeal cookie sandwich with marshmallow buttercream in between.
Fluffernutter
Brown butter cookie base with peanut butter and marshmallow swirls. Topped with mini marshmallows.
Cheesecake
Brown butter cookie base with a vanilla bean cheesecake core. These are rich and a textural heaven. (Kevin's fav!)
Coconut Caramel
Brown butter cookie base with toasted coconut and caramel swirl, inspired by my favorite Girl Scout cookie.
Apple Cider
Spiced cookie brushed with apple butter and apple cider syrup. The dough is made of reduced apple cider and is a perfect soft cookie.
